How to get a flight reservation
for your visa application

Start at the homepage search box. Enter your departure city (where you plan to travel from) and destination (the country you're applying for a visa to visit). You can type either the city name or the IATA airport code — our autocomplete will find it.

Select your departure date and, if your visa requires round-trip proof, your return date. The dates should match what you've declared on your visa application. Choose number of passengers and cabin class.

Click search. Within seconds you'll see real, live flight options from 400+ airlines including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, KLM, Singapore Airlines, and many more.

• Tip: Use round-trip for Schengen, UK, US, and Canada visas (they explicitly require return proof)
• Tip: Use one-way only if your destination allows it (some transit visas, for example)
• Tip: Choose flight times that make sense (no overnight layovers in random cities) to avoid raising embassy flags

From the search results, pick the flight that best matches your travel plans. Click it to see details: airline, flight numbers, departure and arrival times, layovers (if any), and total journey time.

On the checkout page, enter passenger details exactly as they appear on the passport (first name, last name, passport number if required by the airline). Provide a valid email address where we'll send your PDF. Double-check the names — they cannot be changed after booking, and the embassy will compare them to your visa application.

Choose your payment method. We accept:

• Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• PayPal: for instant payment without entering card details
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: on supported devices
• PayFast: local payment method for South African customers (EFT, Instant EFT, Masterpass)

All payments are SSL-encrypted and processed by certified payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Once your payment is confirmed, our system immediately books the flight in the airline's GDS system and generates your professional e-ticket PDF. The PDF is emailed to the address you provided during checkout.

Your PDF includes:

• Passenger name(s) as provided
• Real airline PNR code (usually a 6-character alphanumeric reference)
• Departure city, destination, date, and time
• Airline name, flight number, and aircraft type
• Return flight details (if round-trip)
• Booking reference number and issue date
• QR code for verification via our portal

You can verify the PNR immediately by going to the airline's official website, clicking "Manage My Booking" or "Check-in Online", and entering the PNR code plus your surname. Your booking will appear live in their system.

Print the PDF or keep it on your phone — both formats are accepted at all visa application centres. If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. You can also log into our order status page using your order reference to re-download the PDF anytime during the validity period.
